I have trained in weightlifting and powerlifting and have played water polo at a competitive level, an experience that taught me discipline, consistency, and determination. I create tailored programs to help you improve strength, posture, awareness, body composition, and your overall well-being. At the center of my work is the individual, with their needs and uniqueness, to which I adapt each workout in a concrete and personalized way.

Personalized lessons and courses

  • Single lesson – 40€
    An introduction to the weight room, technical analysis of specific exercises, or general consultation on the world of training. Ideal for those who want to assess their situation or receive targeted advice.
  • Package of 2 to 4 lessons – 35€/lesson
    In addition to what is provided in the single lesson, the package includes a personalized training plan. This allows for a structured initial path, with concrete guidelines to follow between lessons.
  • Structured and continuous path – from 5 lessons – 30€/lesson
    Designed as a personalized and cyclical path, lasting 4-8 weeks depending on needs. Each cycle includes at least 5 lessons and can be renewed at the end, ensuring continuity and constant progression.

 

Each lesson of the cycle includes:

  • Progress verification and technique correction
  • Program adaptation based on results and current needs
  • Constant support and tools to develop training autonomy
  • Availability between lessons via phone or chat for quick clarifications and discussions

At the end of each cycle, the client is free to stop or purchase the next cycle, building a truly tailored, dynamic, and continuously evolving path.

 

Policy on Delays and Missed Appointments

Delays

  • Up to 15-20 minutes: the lesson takes place as scheduled but ends at the agreed time.
  • Over 20 minutes: the lesson may be canceled and counted as completed.

Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours of the scheduled time: the appointment can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • With less than 24 hours' notice: the lesson is considered as completed.
  • No-show without notice: the lesson is considered as completed.

Make-up Sessions

  • Are possible only if communicated at least 24 hours in advance and subject to schedule availability.
  • Make-up sessions must occur within the duration of the purchased cycle.
