With the MySportplatz app, you always have the key to the gym with you: receive your personal QR-Code and access whenever you want during opening hours, without constraints and without going through reception.
Manage your subscription, keep track of your progress, and enjoy a simple, fast, and totally SMART digital experience.
 

1. Download the Mysportplatz app;
2. register using the same email you used for payment;
3. choose a personal password and follow the instructions to complete the registration;
4. open your email and confirm (blue button);
5. enter Italy- Peschiera del Garda- Sportplatz;
6. confirm data with blue button;
7. enter your birth date;
8. agree to everything;
9. once registered, click on Gym at the bottom right;
10. then click on Gym Access at the top;
11. a QR Code will be generated: pass it over the reader located to the right of the entrance door, under the white box.

1. ⁠Simply log in;
2. if you have forgotten your password, use the “Password Recovery” function;
3. after logging in, follow the same procedure to obtain the QR Code and access.
