Our spaces are divided into:

  • Cardiofitness Area with the latest generation treadmills, exercise bikes, and rowing machines.
  • Weights and Muscle Strengthening Zone with isotonic machines and free weights.
  • Functional Training with kettlebells, trx, and other innovative tools.
  • Spaces for Stretching and Mobility for optimal post-workout recovery.
